On the 12th at around 3 PM, I pre-booked a blue iPhone 17 Pro Max through Sky. I received and signed the 24-month contract on the 15th, but got the confirmation email on the 12th immediately after paying the booking fee. I called Sky customer support this morning (25 September), and they confirmed that my order has been processed by the fulfilment centre and my phone should be delivered within the next 1–2 working days. As a goodwill gesture, they also credited £10 to my account.

I ordered the pro max 256gb cosmic orange on the 12th of september around 13:09 and mine still says coming soon. I received a text on the 18th saying it would be delivered by the 26th and also was told on the phone this text is factual but have had nothing through today. This really is a joke

Ive been compensated £100.00 by Sky for this debacle.

Happy with that but at the same time just want the new phone ive ordered! 

Fingers crossed it comes soon. 

ive been guaranteed today by 2 advisors yet again that it will be delivered tomorrow.

Have you checked the My Messages section of your MySky App? That's where my message was but no notification that it was there

@SarahBW1 I spoke with a manager over the phone. I had a call recording from when I made my order with them guaranteeing delivery on the 19th. Was then subject to horrific customer service in subsequent call and broken promises in a manager callback so all of that led to them compensating me.

hi I've ordered my iPhone 17 pro max in orange yesterday it says it's going to take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive just wondering if there are any other colours in stock

I suspect most retailers are struggling with any stock...

@Emmanie yeah saw that but I only want the white one ordered on the 13th and still not shipped it despite 2 messages and a text saying by the 26th. Doing my box in. Gunna cancel it in a minute and not bother at all.
