Update of my iPhone 17 pro max

@Mshepp87 yea same here. Was due for delivery the 19th but said a delay with the order and then said due 19th but never arrived at local depot and still says on its way to local depot. No further updates

I think they are lying to us you know this happened when the 15 pro max came out

Iv checked my order confirmation 

Its says thanks for your order but normally it would say a delivery expected date Snd mine does not 

Has anyone else got the email when placing the order saying your order will beedelivered by our courier and were email you when it does but with the date missing

Ok after reading about the person who cancelled their SIM with EE and still haven't gotten their phone, especially with an expected delivery date given to them too, I'm way more empathetic. 

That puts you in a horrible situation should the phone not arrive before your sim is cancelled.

Guys does it show u as well when u want to view ur order for a iPhone but it say updating the system so you can't really check when is it coming or like that because I ordered on 15 of September and since then no update nothing

I haven't even got that I was one of the very first to pre order the 17 pro max just after 1pm on launch day and I have no update no messages no nothing just order in progress on my sky account. When you are one of the first to place your order and sky has already sent phones out to other people it's a disgrace what's the point of being first in of you are still last to receive it ? What a joke.

I order it on 15th but no update nothing it doesn't even show me when it coming not a date nothing it just say all the time dispatched but nothing else I even called there they don't know when they even delivery and I when to town and every shop and Vodafone's has the phone in stock so I don't get why they don't have it in stock

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

How long will it be before I get any tracking info. Says "coming soon". I pre ordered on the 14th. Many in store places have stock debating cancelling order and picking up elsewhere. The lack of communication from sky is driving me crazy. iPhone 17 pro max deep blue.

Just had this text from sky. I ordered the silver pro max 256GB on 12th at about 5pm. My app still says "coming soon" so fingers crossed for a tracking number either today, tomorrow or Thursday for it to come by Friday.

I checked this morning still no update
