I think it's the lack of communication more than anything that's annoying me! I didn't get an email or anything it wasn't until I found this page and saw someone say check your messages in the my sky app that I checked and found that message! 

what's the betting it's still not dispatched by then!

Oh right im happy to wait its not a problem as its a Xmas present but just confused as one phones showing on my account and the other aint. But on emails it shows that the order as been confirmed 😅 so not sure if I have to order again just incase that one as not gone though

@Paula120  that's what I've been saying if they'd have been upfront in the first place it'd be fine but they're not and then make out like you've read something wrong.

i don't get an email or anything either it just popped in the my messages but earlier on AFTER I'd spoken to them though

I haven't even got a message, ordered the pro max in cosmic orange on the 13th for delivery today! Still days awaiting dispatch. No DPD, no message. It's like I've signed and paid for fresh air and now been told I've got to wait 4-8 weeks for delivery

Hi im going though my emails. When I click on the iPhone 17 pro and click track its saying iPhone 15 as been delivered so confused about this. I did 2 contracts one for a iPhone 15 and 1 for the 17pro but the 17 aint showing on my account. Should this be showing or would that show when they come in stock

I had a delivery time notification this morning from DPD and then nothing!!! Waited in all day!! DPD then updated delivery saying Monday subject to change!!!! So that's 2 days of waiting. Sky are useless and say just wait for notification from DPD!!

Tearing my hair out here getting no help from Sky or DPD as to where my phone is!

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

@Mc3ad Can you pay for delivery tomorrow?? My driver took a photo of my front door and then buggered off and said will deliver again on Monday!! I have paid for it to be redelivered tomorrow instead!
