How can a company allow they customer service team just to repeatedly lie to there customers , 

(it will be delivered today without tracking) and it's not being delivered till the 26th complete joke 

order on the 12th complete silence since

No email from dpd or sky unfortunately so looks like I'll have to wait. Quite disgusting from sky with all the lies

In my order section on sky there was a link with tracking and it takes me to DPD

I'm wondering when I would know if my phone is being sent out I pre ordered it on the day at 1.04 there was 500 people infront of me on the queue but I've had no email to say that it's been dispatched. Would a email always be sent or can they send it without a email?

@Keavy-Leigh it's wild how they can just outright lie. He even had the audacity to say "yeah but has it been delivered?" as if DPD are just gonna mark it as out for delivery a week in advance but also how do I know, I don't live with them??

@Jonboy+123 you'll get an email from DPD normally when Sky have created the dispatch with DPD, then you'll get more info from DPD when they physically have the package

I've just called back because I don't believe that it was coming today like they said about 15 minutes ago.

Lo and behold it isn't.

Now they're saying it could be Saturday, Monday or Tuesday.

So sky has said mine will be delivered next Friday now even though the last Rep said next couple of days! Out of interest has anyone received a Pro Max 512GB today?

@TrickyBanter they clearly don't have a clue about anything and just telling you all sorts, there's a few people on here that have ordered the PM and is also getting delivery today. I was in this situation when I pre ordered the 15 PM and had to wait an extra week for the phone, so I know how frustrating it is. Hopefully you will receive some news soon 🤞🏻

SKY called me a few minutes ago; they cancelled the order, and this has happened with many other orders.

I was told through chat it would definitly be here today, I was told on the phone they've got no idea when I will recieve it , I just wish they communicated with each other and us a little better . No emails , still says awaiting dispatch but she says it will defo be here today
