ordered when pre orders opened over the phone.. pro max silver 256gb but not had anything from dpd.. anyone else same model and ordered same day heard anything?

@Keavy-Leigh @xBeccax i know I'm so annoyed! By the sounds of it they will pass over the parcels to DPD tomorrow, they'll then probably spend tomorrow and the weekend processing, and I reckon they'll be out for delivery next week. So annoying as I have tomorrow off work to receive it but not next week! I know for sure they'll try to deliver when I'm out 😭😭😭

@miasmumma have you called sky? I'd chase. Lots of people here who ordered the pro max now saying dispatching w/c 24th due to stock issues. The standard pro's are supposedly shipping tomorrow but those of us with DPD links still have no news

Mines changed to the same we've not received your parcel yet with DPD. By the looks of it the max will be later next week. Which doesn't surprise me tbh

@Dfountain22 @Keavy-Leigh I know it's super frustrating isn't it!! I know I am at the office tomorrow LOL so no idea what i'm going to do if it does come tomorrow hahaha. Beg one of my neighbours to take it in for me I suppose !!!

Just checked, mines also now changed to "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel".

What a complete mess this is, never used SKY mobile before and the lack of information is shocking.

In comparison, Pre ordered the Ultra Watch 3 on Friday, (not from SKY), and have had step by step updates, and will be confirmation that it will be delivered tomorrow signed for before 1pm via Royal Mail. 

I understand this is launch day, but they do this every year so should be streamlined by now. 

The fact that the day before official release, no one really knows if its coming or not, is a pretty poor show to be fair.

So might DPD has been update from saying "received order details awaiting phone" to "order received but handset not received" The slighest change but It may mean that Sky have no sent any phones out yet. 

I was told earlier today and my phone has left sky and now with DPD so I am getting conflicting information
