@Apollofreya I ordered few mins after pre orders went live, ordered pro max blue and received my email from sky and DPD to say DPD are awaiting my parcel to reach them. Been told via live chat from a employee that my parcel with reach DPD today, hoping it is true 🤞🏻

i ordered the iPhone 17pro yesterday in cosmic orange and it stated the credit agreement was successful and I would get and email when it would get delivered. 

when I checked my tracking on the website and app it states action is required under my iPhone 17pro order.

what does this mean?

If you pre-ordered and it has been dispatched to DPD then it is to late to cancel via Sky so you would need to refuse the delivery as advised to do. You could also take it in then call Sky to then arrange it's return.

I pre ordered iPhone 17 pro it says on my sky app that I was meant to be delivered yesterday but still haven't received why would it say that and when would I receive it

I have moved your post to the topic at hand where you can see the message from Sky (marked as the answer) regarding the delivery dates as the one on your account is incorrect as the earliest anyone will get their phones is on Friday.

My DPD app now says "we have received your order details, but not your parcel" where as yesterday and this morning it said "we have recived your order details and are expecting your parcel shortly" has anyone else's changed from this? @xBeccax has yours changed?

I ordered the 17 pro max on the 12th and I've had a confirmation of order but not heard anything else sky need to sort it out when ordered it was saying delivery 19th but getting concerned now as not heard anything else and phoning and live chat has got me no where only order being processed

I ordered 17 pro Max 256GB half an hour after the booking opened I got the usual sky mobile emails confirmations since then no update on device delivery date. I just checked My sky account and under the iPhone 17 pro Max it says order awaiting dispatch, but I haven't got any DPD email or any update on delivery

@Keavy-Leigh My DPD app says the same about receiving the order details but not the parcel. The email I got from DPD yesterday morning said they are expecting the parcel and will be in touch when they have it and it's out for delivery. Haven't had any update!

@Keavy-Leigh that's what mine has said since yesterday. Basically think they've just printed the labels but not actually sent the parcels to DPD yet.
