I think if you've ordered anthing lower than the pro series, you may get it sooner rather than later, but if you've ordered anything from the pro series, it may take longer due to the demand

just to spoken to someone on the phone, they said my blue pro max wasn't due until the 26th at the least - doesn't bode well when i had the agreement signed in the first hour. lack of communication with sky is concerning

Just had a call with Sky and they are being 17 pro are  delivered tomorrow and Pro Max from 26th September, which is quite annoying.

When I did my live chat they said DPD have my parcel which is pro max blue so maybe it's just down to what time people ordered maybe. I ordered a few mins after pre orders went live

@Keavy-Leigh - have you had the confirmation yet from the emails, I can't get through to Live Chat so wondering if theres a chance decices are with DPD but notifications are still to be sent out.

This is what I have just had from the chat. 

'Thank you for your pre-order of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The device is scheduled to be in stock from 19th September, which is the official launch date. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a delivery notification via your registered email address. Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on courier availability and your location.'

@Keavy-Leigh it depends on when you ordered they only get so many phones each week the pro max orange sold out fast hence the 26th that's even longer for some who ordered bit later. Just pray

Hi, I pre-ordered an iPhone 17 Pro today on a 24-month plan with Sky Mobile and a sim. When I asked customer care about cancelling, they told me I can’t cancel now and should just refuse the delivery when the courier arrives.

I thought I had 14 days to cancel under the cooling-off period. Is refusing delivery really the correct process for cancellation, or is there a way to cancel the order before it’s dispatched?

@xBeccaxit seems they're telling us totally different stuff! My advisor said 1-3 working days and that it won't be dispatched until 19th, so basically Monday-Wednesday next week

I replied to chat saying 'I received an email from DPD and Sky regarding my phone saying DPD will have it soon. On the Sky App it says that it has been dispatched. Do we know if this is the case? I have heard that the Pro Max phones will be delivered later? Is there any chance of it being delivered closer to the 19th?'

And the response from the chat was 'Thanks for the update—and you're asking all the right questions. Here's what we know based on the latest info: Sky App says “Dispatched”: That’s a strong sign your device has left Sky’s warehouse and is now with DPD or en route to them. This means DPD has received the shipping details but hasn’t physically scanned the parcel into their system yet. It’s likely in transit to their depot.These are typically sent once dispatch is confirmed, so your order is progressing as expected.'
