My best guess they will more likely be ready to order when their available to buy on Friday from Apple.

I am seeing the Airpods Pro 3 now, however they are out of stock 😞

they have both the new watches and headphones online, i am hoping we will be able to order them later on today.

i dont think you can order any apple accessories at the moment while they sort out the ordering system with the new items.
