i have been charged for an Apple Watch and this has been returned to you. As the payment terms didn't make it clear the cost was for 3 years.
can you please ensure my account is amended and I am not charged the additional £14 for the watch. I initially asked for a smaller watch however didn't sign the credit agreement so you cancelled the contract.
this is the second time I have sent this you as your adviser could t find my account info initially.
