I currently have an Apple Watch with my Vodafone account. I’m moving to Sky mobile which uses O2 the provider of mobile.?services. Can I go directly to O2 to set up my watch as cellular as Sky, I’ve just found out, don’t support watches at the moment

Hi @DB5510 i am a bit confused by your question ? You can't set up your watch as cellular with sky on the O2 network. Sky don't yet support esim in smart watches.

Re: Apple Smart Watch
Can I do this then with O2 directly? As Sky mobile uses the O2 network infrastructure to provide coverage across the UK

Re: Apple Smart Watch
Hi @DB5510 the watch and your iPhone need to be on the same network, even though sky piggyback on the O2 network they aren't classed as the same network so I don't believe it will work.
