Appalling service
Has anyone else had issues with phone. 'Swap' ? I did an online swap on 26th april, phone was not delivered - in short I have spent approx 5 hours of my time in last ( almost 6 weeks !) on the phone trying to get this rectified, ive been passed from depaetment to department, promised delivery, calls back etc, no one seems to know what is going on as I get differing 'updates', I was promised all would be resolved within 3-5 days last thursday however on calling today as no contact ive been told another 6 days !!! I am paying for a phone I do not have, have been verbally abused ( have recording and sky are aware )
Absolutely disgusting ! My next call will be to cancel all accounts ( broadband, tv and mobile !!) anyone else had anything similar ? How can I make a formal compalint ?

Sky will then have up to 6 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.
