App says I haven’t paid my sky tv subscription but I don’t have one is this why I cannot take out a

I have never taken out a tv subscription with sky yet the app is telling me I haven't paid my bill? I don't have and have never had a bill? Is this what is stopping me from getting a new contract?

You are going to need to call Sky about this.
