App requiring sound don't play
All apps that require sound on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) don't play. There's no sound and I get an error message on each app. I've completed a factory reset but they're still not working. I've tried Bluetooth headphones, but still nothing. Any help or ideas? Thank you

Hi @kaythompson try changing your ringtone to a standard one in your phone settings.
