Sky sent a email announcing they had sent two annual mobile accounts statements to the messages section of my online account. On checking, there are two messages stating these are the annual statements, however they can't be opened! I have tried for last 2 days to open them,but nothing appears. All other messages I can open easily. Anyone else's experience this?
