Annoyed!

Sky is asking for £100 and they’ve blocked my phone! I’m well annoyed about this as this isn’t the first time they’ve done this

Ok, we're other customers so have no visibility of your account etc.

 

Usually you'll have to clear the alleged outstanding amount to discuss with them.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If a bill hasn't been paid @Emzyy1 then the phone will be blocked until it has been paid in full and a monthly payment method is setup on the account.

I’ve paid it last week and now there asking for it again and it’s complete joke!

It appears we are not getting the full story here so what has actually happened, was your phone suspended due to Sky not taking a payment and you paid it manually ?
