Angry no phone

Three times I have contacted you to tell you that I have not received my new mobile phone. The last time I contacted you was Saturday. You promised the phone would be delivered by Tuesday.Guess what for the third time it did NOT turn up. As you can imagine I have sat in waiting yet again for it to turn up and yet again it did not arrive. As you can imagine I am very angry about the service I am receiving from Sky.

Hi @Linda257  you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's a customer community. What's showing in your order status ?

you shouldn't need to wait in all day, Sky use DPD who will give you an hour window on the day of delivery, if you don't receive that in the morning then it's not coming that day.
