Amazon music and Sky Go network issue

I upgraded to Sky Mobile unlimited on both my 4G router and my phone sims. 

Since then, I haven't been able to access any music on Amazon unless I'm connected to WiFi (I get a message saying network error). I also have a 17d issue using Sky Go. I believe the two issues are connected to my upgrade.

 

i was in Germany for the past few days and it worked fine. After I returned to the UK, it stopped working again. All leads me to think I have a network problem. 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps and I don't think the apps themselves are a problem since Amazon was working in Germany.

 

can anyone suggest a fix?

Since returning to the UK is your phone now set to Home as per this:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

Thanks for your help. The application is set to roaming and sky settings

Hi, the settings are set to roaming. It's the only option, I don't have a 'home' setting. 

I should say that it wasn't working before I went to Germany.

You shouldn't need it set to roaming now you are back in the UK so there must be a setting where it can be changed.
