I upgraded to Sky Mobile unlimited on both my 4G router and my phone sims.
Since then, I haven't been able to access any music on Amazon unless I'm connected to WiFi (I get a message saying network error). I also have a 17d issue using Sky Go. I believe the two issues are connected to my upgrade.
i was in Germany for the past few days and it worked fine. After I returned to the UK, it stopped working again. All leads me to think I have a network problem.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps and I don't think the apps themselves are a problem since Amazon was working in Germany.
can anyone suggest a fix?

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

Hi, the settings are set to roaming. It's the only option, I don't have a 'home' setting.
I should say that it wasn't working before I went to Germany.
