AirPods damaged

Hello, good afternoon, how are you? I bought my AirPods from you, but unfortunately they are defective and I would like to know if there is still a warranty so that I can return them and you can fix them, or how can you help me?

We're other customers here... Not Sky customer services.

 

What do you mean by damaged?

 

Apple warranty is 1 year but will not cover accidental damage.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
