Additional text changes

I have charged for receiving text messages from a premium number which turns out it is Deals for you. I presumed (which I know was wrong of me) that this was just spam. However I've been charged for every one I have received. 

Is there any way in which I can possibly claim this back in any way.

@Ross2607  Unlikely Sky will refund as you have signed up to these (albeit through an innocent link, service or purchase of something). 

 

You need to reply STOP to the texts, this should stop any further ones being received.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
