I have charged for receiving text messages from a premium number which turns out it is Deals for you. I presumed (which I know was wrong of me) that this was just spam. However I've been charged for every one I have received.
Is there any way in which I can possibly claim this back in any way.

You need to reply STOP to the texts, this should stop any further ones being received.
