Adding accessory to basket
Hi,
I have been trying to add a Magic Keyboard to my basket since yesterday. The 'add to basket' option is greyed out so I thought it may be out of stock, but then I would assume it would state it's out of stock. I have checked other accessories to see if I have the same problem, which I do.
Is there a current technical issue with adding items to basket? I am only having this issue with accessories, not devices. There are no issues with my account and no reason why I would not be able to add an accessory.
I have also enquired as to whether you can buy accessories on their own, without a device and it was confirmed you can, so that's not the problem either.
Please could someone help?

@Megan1524 Assuming you are already a Sky mobile customer then you shouldn't have an issue buying accessories, that being said seeing as you are having issues it may require a call to customer so they can place the order for you.
If you are not a Sky mobile customer then that would explain the issue as only active Sky mobile customers can buy accessories.

@Liam8592Yes I did. The items I wanted are out of stock. However, it's not clear as it does not state when something is out of stock. It greys out colour options and add to basket option instead. I would check this on the accessory you want, if the above is not greyed out I would contact sky and ask them to do it for you.
