Add a new phone

How do I take a man old phone off my account so I can add a new one it's saying I can't add a new one as I have 6 already

If you have finished paying off any of these phones so you now own it then it should not prevent you from ordering a new one so as you are having issues all you can do is to call Sky on 150.
