Activation sims

I can't activate my sim. When I follow the instructions, it says for me to link my account. Then it says that the account it already linked and that I need to return to the home page. This leads me in a cycle of this same process. My father bought the sim a phone and i made an account to link with his? What should I do?

He needs to activate the SIM under his account.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Did you order the sim for your father via your account or was it ordered via an account created for him, if the later then he needs to use his account details to activate it.
