Activation not working

Ive just recieved my new sim card and phone and looking to activate the sim and trasnfer my number over from ee.

 

However when I try to activate im asked to log in and get sent to my account screen, I then press the activate sim link and it just routes me back to the same page.

 

Is this a website issue or something else.

 

Have a phsysical sim if it makes any difference.

Hi @NathanSTK  are you trying to activate and use the PAC at the same time or just activate ?

Hi John,

 

I'll take just being able to activate and get to the point to enter my activation code for now.

 

Once i've got to that point i'll worry about transferring my old number over (pac code is waiting and raring to go)

The reason I asked @NathanSTK  was I have seen many issues trying to activate and use the PAC at the same time. Does this link work ?

In case you aren't aware @NathanSTK  porting doesn't happen at weekends so if you give sky your PAC today/tonight then it will be Monday/Tuesday before the port completes.
