Activation email never sent
I ordered a phone for my son on the 10th December. Which arrived quickly. My problem is that I never received a email with the esim activation code on. So I am stuck. Plus I have tried ordering a new one but this just goes to a technical issues page near the end of the transaction.

You have left it a bit late to anything seeing as it is Christmas Eve so have you tried contacting Sky support from another phone to see if they can help you with this. If they can't then you might need to use a physical sim instead.
