Activation code package lost.

I have lost packaging for SIM without activating it

@Jo+Birtwhistle  You may need to order a new sim through yoiur account is you no longer have the activation code.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 has said you will need to order yourself another sim that you can do from here:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

 

The other will be cancelled due to you not activating it.

Hi Jo

we are on the same position, my son got a phone for Xmas and some how lost the activation code, calling sky is no help and can't actually speak to a person, did you sort this?

Even if you did manage to get through to Sky all that could do is to order you another sim which you can do yourself via the link in the post above.
