I was advised to delete the existing Sky mobile sim and data as my phone was compromised.After updating my phone I don't have any Sky network can't make or receive calls or use my phone for anything .even in the community help they talk about new sim or activating eSIM I just hv a normal sim that was provided by Sky when I signed the contract now I am stuck I just want a network so I can use my phone for basic things .cant get hold of any Sky rep or agent hours long wait and then get cut off can anybody please help .i have a contract with Sky just want my fine to recognise the network and work .
