Activating sim

I have received new mobile phone and sim and informed it was a straight forward thing to keep my original phone number ,I gave the pac code to sky on Friday,it is now Wednesday and it still says on the app sky still activating,I cannot use the phone and online help which I've been using since yesterday is not helping

It really should have activated by now so do you have another phone you could use to call Sky on as they might want to send you another one to try.
