Activating sim

I have just got my partner new phone it has come and the I'm but says I can not activate sim as my account is still in process is this normal

There have been a few people reporting this issue today so I would give Sky a call if you are unable to do it yourself.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
