Activating sim for new contract

I've taken a new mobile contract with sky .om tryingbto simply activate . I go to ,.I want to keep my number and it asks for PAC

If your number is already with Sky then you can't use a PAC to transfer it to a new sim so you have a few options:

 

Transfer the number to a PAYG sim then back to your new one.

Or don't activate the new one and keep using the one you already have.

@LEWIRICHARD6  A PAC Code is required to port your number from another provider, are you doing this?

 

Or are you trying to keep an existing number you have already wioh Sky?  If so you can't port a number from one Sky sim to another.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
