Activate new sim

I have a new sky sim deal but also have an existing SKY sim. I want to keep my current number. How do I activate the new sim? It keeps asking me for a PAC code but the tells me I can't transfer my number to an existing SKY sim. Aggggghhhhhh 🤪🤪🤪

Hi @Kareno1969  the only way is to use a PAC to port your old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim. You can't port from sky sim to sky sim.

I just got a new sim card. Bt it did nt ask me to port or anything

You can't port a number between two sims on the same network without porting the number to a PAYG network then back to the new Sky sim.

You get a PAYG sim from another network @Lorrainebrogan  you get the new sim from sky that you want, you get a PAC from sky and use that to port your old number to the PAYG sim, you then get a PAC from the PAYG company and port your old number back to the new Sky sim.

1. Is your mobile number currently with Sky or someone eslse

2. Wjy have you been sent a new sim card, did you order a new one ?

I am with vodafone. And a guy called to my house and he told me bout sky moblie. No i did nt order the sim card.

Do you want to stay with Vodafone or move to Sky mobile ?

No he told me bout the offer. And he said r with sky. I want to move to sky because the offer is good. It is only €15.

Bt i dont want to order an other sim card. I have the sim card. It was send out to me. And the guy told me when i get the sim card it will work.
