Activate an old number

Is there anyway I can activate my old number so that I can use it to text a code to it & verify an old email account I have that has now logged me out because I forgot to verify it before I changed my phone number & now it won't let me log back in without the verification code but I can't get the code because I don't have that number that's linked to that account anymore. I hope this makes sense

@AimeeKane24  Was your old number assigned to an old Sky SIM that has been cancelled?  If so it's not possible to retrieve it.

@AimeeKane24  With Sky you can't change the number on a SIM, to change your number you would have to cancel the SIM and order a new one.

Did you order a new sim to get a new cheaper deal?  If so the new SIM has a new number.

Re: Activate an old number

Yes I upgraded my iPhone and got a new one and got a diff number so that must mean I cancelled my old sim. That's **bleep** but thank you so much for responding!

@AimeeKane24  Would would have needed to ask Sky to cancel the old SIM.  Out of interest are you only being charged for one SIM on your mobile account?  https://www.sky.com/bill

@AimeeKane24  Log into your Sky account online https://www.sky.com/hub/mobile/sim/x/manage-plan/data?returnUrl=https://sky.com/productsettings/mobi...

Or through the mysky app and check under mobile, all active data plans will show.

If your old one hasn't been cancelled you would need to speak to sky to order a replacement SIM.
