Activate SIM Issues - S25Ultra

Hi all, 

 

I am sure this has been posted a million times, so, thanks in advance. 

 

My issue is when i do the following:

 

CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO ACTIVATE PHONE: I tap on Activate with a new number.

SET A SPEND CAP: No, not now. 

SKY ACTIVATION CODE: I enter code provided. 

DO YOU HAVE A STAC: no because i want a number with new phone. 

ACTIVATE SIM: I tap on this

 

Then i am met with the following message " Sorry, we can't activate your SIM at the moment. please resubmit you SIM activation request and any requests to transfer your number and/or cancel services with your old provider. 

 

Please help, i dont want to cancel my old phone because i use this for work.
