Action required

I am currently trying to swap my phone for an iPhone 17 pro max. I have done it all and when I go to track it, it says "action required" "an issue with your order" just want to know if that's because it's out of stock or I actually need to do something? I've tried to call and do it with online help but can't get anywhere or any answers?

You will need to call because as customers here we can't say what this issue is so when doing this try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line for as long as you can.

I have the same issue. I contacted them about it and the agent said is due to stock that my order had been cancelled but not really cancelled so she processed it again. She also said  I should get a call back from their team within 4-5 days. All a bit confusing to be honest.

i have had the same problem think it might be something from their end i was told i was going to get a call back still havent and they have re done the order 3 times and tbh i feel like they are tacking the mick as i have been waiting nearly 3 weeks now for delivery and  they said 2 now it says it is out of stock but if you look to order it on the website it says it is still in stock so i am very frustrated with it. i am not ringging again as this will be the fourth time and they have all done the same thing. please let me know if you hve anyupdate

Yes, same with me got told I'd get a call back and never did been in contact with them since and once again they were usual. 
 [Removed] I've done an complaint with with the official bodies. 
Fortunately for me, I am away so not desperate just yet to receive my phone but Tesco and Voxi both seem to have some iPhones in stock ready for next delivery. So if my order is not out by the time I am back in England I will be cancelling my order and buy it from either of those companies I just mentioned.
