I've just ordered a phone and I've just gone to check delivery and it says action required. It said to solve this problem I'd would need to contact you directly, please can this be resolved?

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.
You would be better calling Sky (although the lines will be extremely busy due to the storm) or via social media.,
