My accounts restricted and I'm due my upgrade I want to upgrade my phone.
iv never missed a payment this restriction is from my ex partner not paying his WiFi in my name , Iv been making payment towards his debt yet my account is still restricted. And the debt isn't on this account its on a old one yet im effected on my account which has always been paid on time

That's not my point I'm paying the debt yet I'm still restricted on my account and can't upgrade

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Laurak32 You probably won't be able to upgrade until the debt is paid off in full, even then you may well fail the credit check due to the previous debt.
Given the circumstances you may need to call Sky to discuss what your options are.

Yes says account restricted and when I ring up they say there sort it for me but they never do

Oh really that's not good Iv been with them for 4 years and Iv never missed a payment I have 3 devices with them. Il give them a call
