Account
Hello.
My contract ended in April 2025 (I have just ordered an upgrade) I noticed I am being charged for unlimited calls and texts but I am the only one in the family which is. I have 2 phone contracts out for my children with sky and I am not being charged for this on their contract until 2105. Just wondered why this is and is there anyway I can change this? I have tried on the app but this only lets me change data and not calls and text package.
thank you

Re: Account
For the sim the contract is for 12 months but even being out of contract should see your being charged for them as you continue on the same plan that you are albeit you can cancel it giving the required notice.
I would give Sky a call on 150 about this so they can look into it for you.

Re: Account
But my childrens sim is until the year 2105 so that's longer than a year. I will give them a call tomorrow as not sure they open now. Thank you

Re: Account
Unlimited calls/texts are £10pm but discounted to £0. (It was reduced to £0 a long time ago for everyone as it just used to be a benefit for those with TV)
If they are not correctly discounted then you do need to contact Sky to fix this (and credit any period where you've overpaid)
