Account restricted

I've tried to buy an Apple Watch but it says my account is restricted when I click on FIND OUT MORE. Online chat says no restrictions but it still won't let me even look at the watch details.

You will have to call Sky to get this order placed, 150 is the number to use from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.
