Account is linked but I can't active sim. It just keeps taking me back to sky mobile page

Are you logged in with your main primary Sky ID, if so and if you have got another phoen then call Sky to get it activated.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Forget it. If they can't get simple things done properly then I'm not switching provider
