I had a new phone last week. My sky sim has been transferred over to my new phone, but it’s not showing in my account. I’m unable to access my data and I’ve tried to link the account but get an error message. So I can get into my sky account, but my mobile data and information aren't showing.

When the phone lines open in a few hours you will need to call Sky on 150 so they can look into this for you.
