Account hacked

I received my bill there was extra pictures messages charged.  But when I checked all 114 texts were to the same number.  There was nothing showing all the texts I had sent to family etc.  Also when I try to look at previous bills it says I have no subscription.  The calls are all showing ok.  I have been in contact with sky and they are dealing with it by sending me a new sim and number.   The man said he could see that it was like this on previous bills but I hadn't noticed and now I cannot go back and check as I can't view them.   Has this happened to anyone else. ?  I would like send screenshots but I'm not sure that is allowed

In those 114 textx had you used any emjois because if you have then your phone might be converting them to MMS hence the charges, you can stop this from happening by disabling MMS if this is what is happening.
