Account One

Having made contact and cancelled the agreement and received the required document I returned my mobile phone via the post office unopened in the box it was delivered in. This is because I was not informed that I would have to pay £485 to treminate contreact with previous supplier. I was very disappointed to see a direct debit payment taken by yourselves today.

Not us - we're other customers here.

You are liable for payments until the return is processed - this can take 2-3 weeks.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

The bill would have been created the day you received it so it isn't Sky's fault you changed your mind as a direct debit is taken around 13/14 days after this. Once the return has been processed the amount you have paid you should be either refunded back to you or appear on your bill as a credit that you can be refunded and should this happen we can arrange some help for you via here.
