Accidentally ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max

Im currently using an iPhone 15 Pro, I was looking to upgrade to the 16 Pro however, that was out of stock so i wanted to check the price comparison with the 16 Pro Max to what i'm currently paying. Sky then asked for my address and if I had been here for 3 years, I said no as i've not even been in the current home a month yet after recently moving. It asked for my previous address, i gave them that and now I've ended up with a 16 Pro Max on the way to my dads address 3.5 hours away and I didn't even want to order it yet. It gave no chance to double confirm or cancel the order within an hour, just went straight through and now i'm stuck with what to do... Because the 17 has come out for pre-order the phone lines are far too busy to ever make it through to be seen. I'm not sure how to proceed as if it arrives and starts charging me £35 on top of my current £52.80 i simply cannot afford that... My hope it it won't activate until i move the SIM over, but i'm not confident on that... anyone able to help at all?

You will either have to call to cancel

the order or inform your Dad that when the order turns up to reject it and to not sign for it then it should be returned to Sky but for peace of mind I will still try and call Sky to get the order cancelled,

Thank you for the reply, i did end up calling yesterday to cancel the order and change the address on my account. Had to wait until yesterday to actually get through since the new phone's pre-orders came out, but managed to get it sorted (i think)
