Accidentally deleted e-sim

I accidentally deleted my sky e-sim on my phone and have no idea how to get it back as I can't get past the two step verification as I don't have access to the mobile number to order a new sim.

Have a similar issue with esim and like original post can not get past 2 step verification so how can I get a new sim if not possible to receive the codes theg send and trying to find anyone to talk to nearly impossible
