Accessories delivery

On 7/9/25 I ordered an Apple Watch Series 10 and a pair of Apple Airpods Pro. 

Tuesday 9/9/25 I got my delivery however only the watch was in the box.

 

I didn't question that the airpods weren't in the box as the website said 'Delivery in 1-2 weeks' when I was ordering - no problem. 

I logged into my account today to see if there were any updates about these but all I got was 'mobile accessory order delivered 9/9/25'. Implying that both items were delivered, nothing separate. 

After chatting with an agent I explained all of the above. I sent photo's of the DPD delivery man (from the ring door bell), a screenshot of the DPD delivery email and even rumaged through the recycling to get the delivery box. 


The agent said they had raised a case with DPD and I'd hear from them in 3-5 working days. 

Another thing to note is that the airpods can no longer be ordered on the sky website.

 

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? The delivery I received was just one box, would the watch/airpods be in the same box? How can I prove that I didn't actually receive them? Will sky check their stock levels at the time of dispatch to ensure they were actually sent? 

Don't want to end up paying for something I never received 😞

I ordered some apple airpods when I ordered the new iPhone 17 pro and they still haven't come and I don't have an update from sky about them

What date did you order them? 
I'm assuming your order doesn't say its been delivered like mine? 😞

I ordered them on the 13th same time has I ordered my iPhone 17 pro I got the phone on Friday but I didnt receive them and it doesn't give me a date if just saying comin soon and it's been like that since I ordered them and I don't know how to contact sky about them

Plus the AirPods are still on sky website to buy I checked again and you can still get them and it tells you when you will get them I don't want to order anymore when I've already ordered some just hoping I will get them I am not paying for something I haven't received

Why are sky not updatinf about my airpods am still waiting it's nearly 2 weeks now

I'm having the exact same issue. I ordered an Apple Watch and AirPods, the watch arrived the AirPods didn't however it said 3-4 weeks so I didn't think much of it. Roll on 5 weeks later, I contacted sky they've said they've been delivered which they haven't. They said their investigation will take 4-5 days it's been 6, I've contacted them again and they've said I just have to wait. But of course I'm expected to pay. Ridiculous!

I'm still waiting!

 

- I have logged a formal complaint.
The only thing I have heard from this is someone emailing me asking to confirm my account number for security. I replied within 10 minutes and nothing since.

 

- I have called up numerous times to check the progress of the investigation and complaint. I was last told on Tuesday that there was a note on my account 3 days prior so to be confident that it is being looked at. I asked what the progress note stated and was told the call handler can't tell me (god give me strength!). 

The direct debit was taken from account for the airpods which obviously never turned up! 

I think they have 28 days to respond to a complaint, unsure about the timelines for investigations but I'm now exactly 1 month down the line and no further forward. 

Whilst I'm not glad another person is also experiencing this it has given me some sort of reassurance that it's not just me. Please keep me updated with any progress you have!
