Accessing the internet

I have a new iPhone 16 pro.  Switched my sim from my old phone and can make calls and receive messages, however I cannot open any apps or the internet.  I have accepted what Sky sent me, and have even stitched the phone on and off.
Any ideas anyone?  I'm sure I'm missing something obvious!

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

If that doesn't work try requesting the network settings are sent to it from the Sky website:

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

@caesarome

ok this was undoubtedly impatience on my part as I've just retried and it's worked. Embarrassing non? 😳   Took at least an hour though.
