About the unconfirmed return

hello, my name is Vicentiu Alexandru Simcea, I returned a phone and accessories in the same box and in the app it still appears that they are not returned

Hi @Vicentiu  when did you do this as it takes 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed. For information this isn't sky CS here.
