About phone swap

I can upgrade to phone swap how does it work as I still got money left to pay off this phone will I have to pay 2 payments each month or will the money be added to the new phone

This depends on what value Sky give you for it, if the value is not enough to pay it off then the difference is added to your next available bill. If it is more than enough then a credit will be applied to your account. There is usually a crossover when upgrading as it can take a few weeks before a device you return is inspected. It is also worth taking a number of photos to show what condition it was in before you sent it off.

So basically I got 600 odd left to pay off the phone but they will only give me 300 for it but I confused as I was bout to go a head with swap it was showing 2 payments 24mth of £43 en 12mth £37 does that mean I got 2payments each month

If you swap and £300 is the final value then £300 will become immediately payable.

The last 12 months of the swap programme is slightly cheaper.  (The idea is it reduces the value, hopefully enough so that the trade in covers the outstanding credit - but obviously not here)
