About my bill this month

Hello, i am just trying to understand my bill this month..My plan is 3GB data with unlimited calls/texts..But this month bill has charged me 14£ for ?phone calls which i am unanle to unable to understand that why i was charged extra for phone calls!?

Hi @Shazain  have you made calls to any premium rate numbers or any service numbers ? Look at the numbers of the calls, not all calls are included in your free calls package.

What were these phones calls to as your package gives you free calls to UK mobiles and landlines so have you made any calls to either premium rate numbers or any to locations overseas ?
